International Focus Workshop: Image-based Modeling and Simulation of Morphogenesis
Abstract
Progress in live imaging, image processing, as well as physical model development and scientific computing bring predictive simulations of morphogenesis within reach. This workshop aims to discuss the latest developments that bring these fields together through two focus areas: (1) imaging and modeling of morphogenetic processes and (2) simulation of large-scale biological systems. Morpheus is presented in a talk and demo.
