ECMTB 2022
Abstract
The 12th European Conference on Mathematical and Theoretical Biology will take place in Heidelberg, Germany, between 19.09-23.09.2022 and is a joint event organized by the European Society for Mathematical and Theoretical Biology (ESMTB) and the Society for Mathematical Biology (SMB). The meeting will bring together researchers and students interested in mathematical modelling with applications to life sciences. The meeting is planned as an in-person conference with an exciting line-up of plenary speakers, minisymposia, as well as contributed oral and poster presentations, which will be selected by the scientific committee from submitted abstracts. For our colleagues who are unable to travel, we are happy to offer online participation. The online version of the meeting will include live stream/webinar of plenary lectures and oral presentations. Online participants are invited to submit abstracts for consideration for an online poster.
Morpheus, the FitMultiCell workflow and its recent applications will be presented in the ‘MS 1’ mini-symposium ‘Investigating the dynamics of many – Mathematical modeling and parameter estimation for multi-cellular systems’. This mini-symposium takes place on Monday, 19 September, 11 a.m. in the location Mathematikon SR B. Additionally, a poster will be presented and serve as a meeting point of Morpheus users.
